Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

All booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your session with at least 7 days’ notice, your booking fee may be applied once toward a rescheduled session within 3 months. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, or failure to attend your session, will result in forfeiture of the booking fee

In the rare event that the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made.

Due to the custom nature of photography, no refunds are available on digital images, prints, or products once they have been delivered.
