Terms and Conditions – Still &Wild
These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms under which Still & Wild provides photography services for pets and their owners. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the session fee is required to reserve your session date and time.
1.2 The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session.
1.3 Sessions are confirmed only once payment is received.
1.4 Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once a session is booked and the deposit is paid, your quoted price is secured.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1 If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 3 days’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new date.
2.2 If the session is canceled without sufficient notice as aforementioned, the booking fee is forfeited.
2.3 Photographer reserves the right to reschedule in cases of illness, unsafe conditions, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for ensuring your pet is reasonably groomed, healthy, and safe to participate.
3.2 Aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in session termination without refund.
3.3 Please bring any necessary items (leash, treats, toys, water, etc.) for your pet.
4. Photographer’s Responsibilities
4.1 We will make reasonable efforts to capture high-quality images of your pet. However, due to the unpredictable nature of animals, specific poses or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4.2 We will provide edited images in digital format and/or print products as agreed in your package.
5. Image Rights & Usage
5.1 All photographs remain the copyright of the Photographer.
5.2 Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes according to the chosen package.
5.3 Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial gain without written permission.
5.4 Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the Client provides a written request to opt out.
6. Liability
6.1 Photographer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to pets, owners, or property during the session.
6.2 Client accepts full responsibility for the safety and control of their pet.
6.3 In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery, Photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
7. Delivery of Images
7.1 Edited images will be delivered within approximately 3 weeks after the session.
7.2 Raw, unedited files are not provided.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Agreement
By booking a session with Still &Wild, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
